• How long does shipping take?+

  UK orders ship within one working day and typically arrive in 2–3 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Free UK shipping on orders over £50.

• Do you ship internationally?+

  Yes — most of Europe and worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders can take 7–14 working days depending on destination.

• What's your returns policy?+

  Records can be returned within 14 days if unopened. Faulty pressings will be replaced or refunded in full — just email us and we'll sort it out.

• What condition are your records in?+

  All new records are sealed unless stated otherwise. Any second-hand or pre-loved records are graded honestly using standard Goldmine grading.

• How do pre-orders work?+

  Pre-order stock is charged at the time of order and shipped as soon as it lands. If a pre-order is delayed by the label we'll email you.

• Which payment methods do you accept?+

  Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna via Stripe. Guest checkout is available — no account required.

• Do you buy record collections?+

  Sometimes — get in touch with a rough list and we'll take a look. Manchester-based sellers preferred but not required.
